This is a homebrew item which rely on the Variant Elixir of Love, it is not based on the SRD Elixir of Love.

A lovely potion, in a nice heart-shaped bottle. It bubbles slightly.
A sweet pale pink liquid, with low viscosity usually held in a heart-shaped vial. It smells and tastes like strong alcohol, but also tastes overly sweet. This potion behave as the Elixir of Love except it effect is rolled on the table below:

| 1 | Lunacy | The drinker becomes infatuated with the target to the point of madness and obsession, he or she becomes hostile to all other romantic partners or interest of the target and will do anything to end with the target. This count as a Psychosis and is removed the same way. This effect is instantaneous and a DC 20 Will save negates the effect. |
| 2-3 | Calm Before the Storm | The potion behave as an Elixir of Love that last 24 hours, except once its duration ends the drinker becomes hostile toward the target and holds animosity/hatred toward him or her. |
| 4-5 | Incredible Lust | The target feels no love for the target, its relationship does not change. Instead it feel incredibly physically attracted to the target and is treated as if it was under the effect of charm monster but only for the purpose of acquiring physical intimacy with the target. This effect lasts for 24 hours, after the target retains the feeling of physical attraction toward the target but is no longer compelled and may naturally lose the feeling. |
| 6-7 | Sudden Bliss | The drinker become immediately overcome with the strongest physical and emotional feeling possible, becoming Stunned for 1d4 rounds. Otherwise act as a Elixir of Love that last 24 hours |
| 8-9 | Bad Batch | The potion behave as an Elixir of Love that last 24 hours, except the target is nauseated for 1 round and then Sickened for 24 hours. |
| 10 | High Potency | The elixir behave as a Greater Elixir of Love then reroll for a secondary side effect, if you roll a 10 again there is no side effect. |
Much like the normal Elixir of Love , attempt to force feed a creature with it grant a saving throw as normal. It can also be interrupted or ended with a break enchantment spell, reversing the creature to normal. This must be done before the effect ends naturally.
Prerequisites: Brew Potion and Craft Wondrous Item, charm monster.
