Your eldritch blast becomes an energized pulse around your palm. Your blast becomes a touch attack, and does not provoke attacks of opportunity for casting this invocation. It deals damage as normal and grants a free bull rush attempt using your Charisma in place of Strength if better. You do not follow the target of the bull rush.
