Durzite Cloak[edit]
This well-made cloak is weatherproofed against cold and filled with loose folds and pockets. The fabric is dyed and treated to allow it to blend in and go unnoticed against the environment. While the original designs came from durzites, the patterns and crafting knowledge passed on to other races. The cloaks provide a +2 circumstance bonus on both Sleight of Hand (for concealing objects on the wearer) and Hide skill checks as a masterwork tool. Additionally, this cloak counts as winter clothing for the purposes of cold weather effects. These cloaks are often used as a base for enchanted cloaks, such as a cloak of resistance, adding the cost of this item to the cost of the finished enchanted item for the total value of the item. Thus, a durzite cloak of resistance +1 would cost 1,140 gp.
A sewster or professional weaver can make durzite cloaks. The cost below is for Small and Medium-sized creatures. The cost for smaller cloaks is 100 gp + (40 divided by 2 for every size smaller than Small). The cost for larger cloaks is 100 gp + (40 times 2 for every size larger than Medium).
Weight: 2 lbs.
Cost: 140 gp
