WHO THE HELL DO YOU THINK I AM!?!
The drill break shield is a +1 jackhammer shield with a drill bit instead of a jackhammer, though the effect is the same. It has a green glow through its machinery, which grows brighter in use. Besides its use as a weapon, a shield, and a utility tool you have access to the following abilities:
Dig to the Top!: You gain a burrow speed equal to your land speed, and have a vague sense of direction similar to tremorsense out to 60 feet, but while underground and burrowing. You can't breath or see underground, so most creatures can only spend a limit time buried.
Mega Drill Breaker!: On a charge attack, if you deal enough damage to kill a creature you continue your charge, killing additional creatures behind it until you run out of movement or a creature survives your charge. The shield counts as a lance for the purposes of feats such as Spirited Charge and dealing double damage on a charge normally, and the drill bit seems to grow and lengthen as needed to literally bore through the opposition.
Spiral Guard!: As a total defense action, the drill bit expands to give you total cover as if it were a tower shield. Beyond its usual benefits, any creatures touching you while defended hit the drill and its rotating energy currents, taking damage as if you struck them with your shield.
The drill breaker shield is particularly effective against weapons. They gain +2 to sunder checks.
Prerequisites: Craft Magic Arms and Armor, passwall, shatter.
Cost to Create: 8000, 640 EXP, 16 days.
