With a simple touch you cause advanced decay and rot in a creature or object touched, dealing 1d6 damages per caster level (max 10d6). If the target survives the initial damage, it takes 2d6 damages in each subsequent round thereafter for a number of rounds equal to your caster level. The target is allowed a new Fortitude save at the start of each of its turns to end the effect.
If a creature is slain by either the initial damage or the secondary damage, its body is immediately decompose as the decompose corpsePathfinder spell.
If used against an object, this spell ignores half of the object's hardness. Unlike most necromancy spells, this decaying touch functions on constructs.
