Suddenly the ranger began having spasms. It was like a mix between a seizure and a dance. One foot went forward, the other spun wildly over his head, and he toppled on his face in defiance of physics, dignity, and common sense.
Said to be the work of a bitter crippled sorcerer named Qwop who wished to cripple the world, this spell proves a potent way of preventing movement. You curse the target with extreme difficulty controlling their own body. Those that fail the save must make a special DC 20 Dexterity check or be unable to move more than 5 ft. If the check is failed by more than 5 points, the target also falls prone as they trip over themselves. They must make the Dex check whenever they move, including standing, though they are free to attack and draw items as normal.
Material Component: Four wooden tokens with the letters Q, W, O, and P written upon them.
