Instead of a consciousness in control of a single body, you are a consciousness in control of many bodies.Benefit: You might visually be a mass of worms/crabs/whatever, or you might look entirely normal for your race. Whatever the case, you are able to detach parts of your body and have them do things apart from you. A number of times per day equal to your Con mod + 3 you may replicate one of these effects-- Summon Monster I, Spider HandBoVD, Summon Swarm, Tongue TendrilsBoVD except that it is an Extraordinary effect with a duration of Concentration, and you suffer an amount of hp damage equal to twice the level of the spell, which you recover when it ends unless the creature has been destroyed.
Special: The specific fluff of the spell effects can be changed to fit your motif, like if a person made of crabs uses Spider Hand, the hand is a small monstrous crab instead of a small monstrous spider. The only limit is that the creature must be roughly equivalent in size and CR.
