This cloak almost seems to be woven out of the night sky, tiny sparkles almost looking like real stars.
Said to have been designed after the cloaks of a famous band of extra-planetary winged knights, these capes benefit its user in various ways. While worn, the user benefits from the hidden wing feat (the cape melding with their wings when deployed), and they are under a constant feather fall effect when in cape form.
In addition 2/day they may teleport as a standard action up to 30 ft, but they do not reappear until the beginning of their next round as if they were under time hop.
Lastly if the user flourishes their cape made with any Bluff or Intimidate check made to awe or intimidate they get a +2 bonus on the check.
Prerequisites: Craft Wondrous Item, dimension door, feather fall.
Cost to Create: 2500 gp, 200 EXP, 5 days.
