Your eldritch blast deals cold damage, or if it already could deal cold damage deals extra damage equal to 1/2 your caster level. Those struck by the blast have their movement speeds cut in half until the end of your next turn.
If you successfully damage a creature with this blast two times in a row, all their movement speeds drop to 0 until the end of their next turn, then half speed for 1 round. If you successfully damage a creature three times in a row, they are encased in a shell of frozen ice unable to act but they gain total cover as well. The shell of ice lasts for 1 round/level or until broken by at least 20 points of fire damage in a single round, or a Strength check as a standard action by the target or an ally with a DC equal to the invocation's DC.
