This bowl changes to reveal different types of weather as cloud dancing is cast through it, eventually shooting a column of energy straight into the sky and causing major weather alterations.
When a circle of 13 creatures is used to channel cloud dancing while touching the bowl, the energy points used to create the weave will be supplemented by one hundred times that many energy points provided by this bowl, all spent to increase the area of effect.
Prerequisites: Weave Angreal with Bowl of the Winds learned instead of a weave, cloud dancing.
Cost to Create: 15000 gp, 375 exp, 30 days.
