Boots of the Tireless Crusader: These beautifully engraved mithril boots are much more gracious and light than they first appear. The wearer of these boots is under a continuous haste effect, gaining a +1 bonus on attack rolls and a +5 dodge bonus to Armor Class and Reflex saves. Any condition that makes you lose your Dexterity bonus to Armor Class also makes you lose dodge bonuses. All of the wearer’s modes of movement (including land movement, burrow, climb, fly and swim where applicable) increase by 30 feet, up to a maximum of twice the subject’s normal speed using that form of movement.
