Blowtorch[edit]
A blowtorch is a metal cutting tool which emits a very bright and hot flame from it's nozzle. It can be turned on as free action, replicating the effect of Kiden's combustive torch with a caster level equal to half your ranks in the Craft (Metalworking) or Profession (Welder) skill. The flame produced by the blowtorch cannot be hurled, but it may be used in melee in the same way. The blowtorch sheds light as a torch but is significantly more dangerous to the naked eye, if the user is not wearing eye protection she is dazzled for 24 hours for each round it was used without eye protection.
Blowtorches require F.U.E.L to function, holding five ounces in an external tank which is slowly consumed over the course of 1 hour (consuming 1 ounce every 12 minutes). Refueling a blowtorch is a full-round action which provoke an attack of opportunity.
