Eight unusually life-like rubbery purple tentacles spill out from your organic belt, forming a skirt of octopus flesh. They seem to move sometimes of their own accord.
This belt gives you a ring of tentacles around your waist. When wearing it you gain a swim speed of 30 ft and the jet ability of an octopus (only while underwater). You can also mentally control the tentacles, though you can only control four at a time. Tentacles can hold, but not wield, additional items for you. They are not strong enough to do natural attacks, but do offer a +2 circumstance bonus on climb and grapple checks.
Prerequisites: Craft Wondrous Item, black tentacles.
Cost to Create: 3000 gp, 240 EXP, 6 days.
