A old gray banner with some faded drawing etched into it, it bring good luck at sea.
This banner is of good-making, but has seen much use. It has been at sea for so long that it smells of salt. This banner can be worn as a cloak or placed as a flag on a ship. If worn as a cloak, it grants a +4 luck bonus on Swim and Profession (Sailor) as well as cold resistance 5.
As a flag on a ship with this magic banner, the ship treats water is if it was one category calmer, and if it sinks it will sink ten times as slowly.
Prerequisites: Craft Wondrous Item, control winds, resist energy, crafter must have 8 ranks in Profession (Sailor).
