This spell awakens a construct to sentience. An awakened construct's Intelligence, Wisdom, and Charisma are set with one at 10 and two at 12, arranged as you see fit or its original scores if better. The spell does not work on constructs that are constructs only temporarily (such as objects affected by an animate objects spell). The awakened creature is independent of both you and the being who originally made it, though it is initially friendly toward both you and its maker. The awakened creature speaks one language of its creator, plus an additional language for every point of Intelligence bonus it possesses. It considers all skills except Use Magic Device as its class skills, and gains skills and feats as an intelligent creature as normal.
Material Component: A brain or a circuit board worth 2000 gp per HD of the construct.
