The universe speaks to you, and tells you where you need to aim to hit true. Creatures affected by this utterance ignore concealment for ranged attacks for the duration.
Reverse: You obscure your position in the world to the arrows and rays of your opponents. You gain 50% concealment against all ranged attacks for the duration.
Failure: On a failed truespeak check, the benefit only lasts 1 round.
Augmentation: For every +10 you increase the base DC by, you can trigger an additional primed instance of this utterance in the same action. For the reversed, you can target another creature within range.
Primal Utterance[edit]
Normal: You ignore cover (but not total cover) and concealment, and your range becomes infinite with no penalties. As long as you aim at the correct square, you can attack.
Reversed: You become immune to all ranged attacks for 1 minute.
