The belt is black and silky, with the pattern of a white serpent coiled upon it representing the coiled energy of Kundalini. Through its blessings, you unlock the spiritual power within yourself.
This belt slips around your waist and seems to coil and knot itself into place. It grants a specific maneuver from the Anima River discipline, similar to the Crown of White RavensToB. Novice belts grant up to a 3rd level maneuver known. Scholar belts grant up to a 6th level maneuver known. Master belts grant up to a 9th level maneuver known. You must meet the pre-requisites of the maneuver to use it. If you do not have levels in a maneuver granting class, you may only use the maneuvers 1/encounter. Otherwise, it uses your normal means of readying and refreshing maneuvers.
Prerequisites: Craft Wondrous Item, must know maneuvers from the Anima River discipline.
