This collar and bracelet is a good way to enslave powerful casters against their will.
If the collar is placed around the neck of a Channeler of saidar, she cannot choose to remove it, and cannot pick up anything she imagines using as a weapon. In addition, while another female creature holds onto the bracelet (which can be held onto from as far as 5' away), the Channeler of saidar must obey that creature's commands, and whenever the female creature takes damage, the Channeler of saidar takes twice that much nonlethal damage.
If the collar is placed around the neck of a Channeler of saidin, he must make a DC 22 Will save each round or die.
Prerequisites: Weave Angreal with a'dam learned in place of a weave.
