Your item has no weight. The weight of your armor is 0lb. Armor check penalty, spell failure chance, and maximum dexterity bonus values are unchanged. The only exception is that the armor check penalty for swim is not doubled, as it normally is. The item is only weightless while attended.
This enhancement may be placed on any masterwork item. If it is an armor or shield. this is a +1 enhancement. Otherwise, it costs 1000gp and uses the Craft Wondrous Item feat.
