Arcane Amalgamation

Why pick spells when you can instead have more bloodlines?

Class: Pathfinder Sorcerer

Level: 1-20

Replaces: Spells Known, Bloodline

Benefit: An Arcane Amalgamation gains the following class features:

Skills: An Arcane Amalgamation gains an extra 2 skill points per level and adds Diplomacy and Perform as class skills. This does not prevent the Arcane Amalgamation from selecting another archetype that changes their skills.

Comingled Blood: You have access to three Bloodlines rather than 1, but this has limited your access to spells. You do not gain new spells known past cantrips and the spells granted by your bloodlines. You gain access to the Bloodline arcana of all of your bloodlines, and you gain access to the Bloodline powers of all of your bloodlines at the normal levels. You gain access to all of the Bloodline class skills, and combine the Bloodline feat lists, although you get no more bonus feats than usual.

At 1st spell level, you gain access to one of your bloodline spells 2 levels early, one of your bloodline spells 1 level early, and one of your bloodline spells at the level you normally would. At each spell level after 1st, you gain access to one of your bloodline spells 1 level early, one of your bloodline spells at the level you normally would, and one of your bloodline spells 1 level late.

Signature Spell: If you gain access to the same spell from multiple bloodlines, your ability to use that spell is greatly improved. Your caster level and DC for that spell is increased by +1. You lower metamagic level increases to that spell by 1 after all other adjustments (to a minimum of +0). If the level adjustment after this is +0, the time to cast the spell is not increased for adjusting the spell with metamagic. Finally, you gain access to the spell 1/day as a spell-like ability.

Artificial Confluence: You only gain three cantrips known and can never gain more, however starting at level 5 you can perform a 1 hour ritual with a source of magical energy in order to gain the level 1 bloodline power of the associated Bloodline. For example, you could meditate with a fey (or suitable fey artifacts such as fey blood or the like) for 1 hour in order to gain access to Laughing Touch from the Fey Bloodline. You cannot gain access to an arcane bond, familiar, animal companion or other similar ability with Artificial Confluence.

Special: If you gain access to extra spells known through some other method (such as a feat), you may choose those spells normally. You may not take any Wildblooded Bloodlines, or the Crossblooded archetype and you cannot trade any of your Bloodline powers for Bloodline mutations with this archetype.

If you take an archetype that lowers the number of spells known, choose one bloodline. You do not gain the spells known from that bloodline. If you then gain extra spells known through some other method, you must first select the spells you lost from that bloodline.
