Charmer
A charmer rogue is a Charisma-based rogue with the ability to charm her ways out of trouble.
Class: Rogue
Level: 1st, 4th, 12th
Replaces: Rogue Talent (4th, 12th)
Benefit: A charmer rogue gain the following class features:
Charismatic Power (Ex): A charmer rogue bases all of her rogue abilities (including gained from archetype and the likes) on her Charisma instead of her Intelligence.
Charmer's Sway (Ex): At 4th level a charmer rogue can ensnare a creature's attention with a gesture, a blown kiss or provocative gesture, as a standard action. The charmer forces a humanoid creature within 30-ft. to make Will save (DC 10 + 1/2 Rogue level + the rogue's Charisma bonus) or become fascinated for 1d4+1 rounds. A successful save renders the target immune to further attempt for 24 hours. This is a mind-affecting effect.
At 12th level if the target fails it save, it is dazed for 1 round in addition to becoming fascinated.
This ability replaces the rogue talent gained at 4th level and 12th level.
