With a touch you draw out vital energies, dealing 1d6 damage plus +1 per caster level and healing you the same amount, with a Fortitude save for half damage. In addition if you are suffering from fatigue or exhaustion and the target fails the save, you transfer your fatigue to the target (or your exhaustion is reduced to fatigue, and the target gains fatigue).
