	One of my favourite templates. The options for special abilities pushes it over the edge for me. But all the basic stuff just is all nicely done

Hidden Talent

General

This looks like a toned down "Paragon" Template, a good base for something that is supposed to be generally 'superior' without being superbeings, like the elves 70's fantasy, etc.
