Blowtorch
A blowtorch is a metal cutting tool which emit a very bright and hot flame from it nozzle. It can be turned on as free action, replicating the effect of Kiden's combustive torch with a caster level equal to half your ranks in the Craft (Metalworking) or Profession (Welder) skill. The flame produced by the blowtorch cannot be hurled, but it may be use din melee in the same way. The blowtorch shed light as a torch but is isgnificantly more dangerous to the naked eye, if the user is not wearing eye protection she is dazzled for 24 hours for each round it was used without eye protections.
Blowtorches require F.U.E.L to function, holding five ounces in an external tank which is slowly consumed over the course of 1 hour (consuming 1 ounce every 12 minutes). Refueling a blowtorch is a full-round action which provoke an attack of opportunity.
