CHICKEN ATTAAAAACK
You touch your animal companion and then they become a humanoid version of the animal. They come equipped with one martial weapon they are considered proficient in and they come in armor though the total cost of this armor and weapon cannot exceed 100 g. The weapon and armor disappear when the spell ends and are worth nothing when sold. When transformed the animal companion has a number of levels in non spellcasting NPC classes equal to your caster level. The animal cohort takes his actions just after you in the initiative count. The animal's stats are discarded and replaced with five 10s and a 12, and the caster can choose which stat receives the 12. The Caster can only choose Low or Medium balance feats, and the Cohort receives feats at levels 1, 6, 12, and 18 rather than every third level. Skill points are granted as per their class and can be allocated by the caster.
I recommend having the Animal Cohort pre built before casting the spell so you don't have to figure out its stat block every time you cast the spell.
