Fear of Needles
Oh god no one told me I was getting a shot! Noooooo!!!!!
Prerequisite: Cannot be immune to piercing damage.
Effect: You gain damage susceptibility 2/piercing. Whenever you are hit with piercing damage which bypasses any pre-existing damage reduction, you take an additional 2 points of damage. If you take a critical threat from piercing damage, the threat is automatically confirmed.
Benefit: Bonus Feat.
