The Telepath had enough of this stupid city, while she couldn't destroy them herself she would make sure they would destroy each other.
This power project a telepathic wave over it entire area, causing extreme resentment, fear and paranoia to spring into the mind of those affected. All creatures below 5 HD caught in the area of this power must make a Will save or become Shaken and one step less friendly toward every other creatures (up to hostile) for it duration.
This power can penetrate barriers, but 1 foot of stone, 1 inch of common metal, a thin sheet of lead, or 3 feet of wood or dirt blocks it.
Augment: For each additional 2 power point you spend augmenting this power, increase the maximum hit dice this power can affect and this power's DC by 1.
