This is true danmaku, an endless spray of blades.
This acts as rain of screaming blades, but it leaves behind difficult terrain from the shards of broken daggers on the ground. Threat the area as being covered in caltrops, except the damage from the caltrops is equal to the damage from your weapon used in this attack, and it uses your BAB + Dexterity for its attack roll.
The maneuver briefly creates daggers as a supernatural ability, but the subsequent attack is extraordinary. The daggers vanish after the duration ends.
