This is for Complete Epic, you may be looking for the original epic feat SRD:Great Smiting.

Great Smiting [Epic] You are the judgement of heaven. And as judge, you can't stop smiting until the job is finished.Prerequisites: Cha 25, smite ability (from class feature or domain granted power).Benefit: When you declare a smite against a creature, the smite effect now lasts until the target creature dies, escapes, or the encounter ends. Each attack you perform against this targeted creature is a smite attack. By using additional smite attempts you can target more than one creature in a battle at the same time.

If you already have a smite which lasts longer than 1 round (such as with the Pathfinder Paladin or if you already took this feat once), you gain a different effect. Whenever you make a successful smite attack, add twice the appropriate level to damage (rather than just your level). Special: You may select this feat multiple times. Its effects stack. Remember that two doublings equals a tripling, and so forth, to a maximum of quadruple damage. Further selections of this feat does not increase the damage beyond x4.
