KaZor, the Reverse Force

A maddened time traveler who accidentally erased himself from the space-time continuum.

Level: 6th

Binding DC: 28

Legend

KaZor was a man once, with a normal name, born from a humble family. He was a genius and built a fortune; he became a philanthropist and made his world a better place. Everything he did was because of his admiration for another man, long dead now, but once a hero. KaZor's admiration was far from healthy, though; he surgically altered his appearance to look like him, built shrines in his name, and eventually engineered his downfall. The man spent his entire fortune on building a time machine, just so he could meet his idol. He succeeded, but only partially; his machine could not resist the rigors of time travel, and he was sent either too far or not far enough. Stranded in a time period he knew nothing about by himself, the man suffered and eventually was forced to turn to crime. With his newfound fortune, he slowly rebuilt his time machine; however, his actions in the past caused his own future to grow unstable. The man didn't care; he became a sort of living paradox. When he made the jump, he absorbed a large portion of time energy, becoming something more or else than human, but definitely not sane. KaZor arrived in the desired time period as a madman, and immediately went for his idol. The twisted and insane KaZor became embittered toward his idol, believing him to be the cause of his suffering in the past, and the two quickly became nemeses.

In their last fight, KaZor prevailed; however, as he landed the final blow, he sealed his fate. Without his idol, he had no reason to go back in time, and this massive paradox spelled his doom. The time-space continuum ejected KaZor completely, leaving his idol living behind while erasing all of his history. The man who became KaZor was never born; instead, only his shadow remains as a vestige.

Manifestation

KaZor appears as a blurred shadow with rough edges, constantly flickering. As the pact is made, any clocks near the binder goes crazy, but return to normal once the pact is completed.

Sign

The binder's eyes become bright red, and any sudden reflexes or movements appear to be backward but in the intended direction, which looks kind of silly.

Influence

The binder starts plotting revenge against anyone he or she idolizes. In addition, the binder becomes more villainous and enjoys hurting others, especially their idols.

Granted Abilities

Borrow Time

With a touch, you are able to steal a few seconds of movement from your enemies. As a touch attack you deal 1d6 nonlethal damage per two binder levels and reduce the touched creature's movement by 10 ft. for 1 round. Each time you successfully use this ability, you store 10 ft. in borrowed time, which you can use to move as a free action. Moving this way consumes the borrowed movement, and you can only move up to 10 ft. per binder level per round in this manner.

Reverse Time

Being bound to KaZor has strange effects on one's time. Instead of becoming older, the binder becomes younger as time passes. Essentially, as long as the binder is bound to KaZor, he ages backward.

Additionally, whenever the binder would be slowed, he is hasted for the same duration instead. However, when he would become hasted, he is slowed for the duration instead.

Time Traveler

As long as you are bound to KaZor, you benefit from the time traveler trait. You do not suffer any of its drawbacks.

Time Vortex

The binder is capable of emitting a powerful vortex of space/time energy. As a standard action, she may slow all creatures within a 20 ft. radius spread of herself for 3 rounds (Will negates). This also affects the binder; however, it is beneficial because of reverse time. Once you have used this ability, you cannot do so again for 5 rounds.
