Greater poisons take generally matter of CR 3+ creatures, deal 1d6 damage to any ability score, require contact to work, and require a Craft (Alchemy) check of DC 20 and a half an hour to create. Special: Specialized poisons are possible. For example, the remains of a Lich can be used to create a permanently paralyzing inhalation poison. The DC of your poisons is equal to 10 + 0.5 ½ your character level + your Int modifier.
