As you start manifesting this power your eyes glow with psychokinetic energy, unleashing a terrible beam of energy as soon as it successfully manifested. This beam deals 17d8 points of pure psionic damage to the target of this power and leave the target staggered for 1 round. If it reduces the target to 0 hit points or lower it completely obliterates it and any non-magical equipment it carried.

If you kill a creature with this power, you may have it deal damage to another adjacent creature within range. Do not reroll damage, instead subtract the killed creature's hit point total (before its death) from the previous damage roll, you deal that much damage to the new target.
