Fear of Oblivion

You are afraid of death, and doubly so from creatures which can destroy you entirely.

Effect: Whenever your hit points are reduced below your ECL you become shaken, ignoring any immunity to fear-effect you may have.

If a creature that you know can destroy your soul (such as a barghest) is within line of sight. You cannot run or charge in their direction, and your move speed is halved when moving toward them. If the first effect of this flaw activate within 60 ft. of such a creature, you are frightened instead of shaken.

Benefit: Any bonus feat for which you meet the prerequisites.

Special: If the character is in a setting with no afterlife, or in any situation where their death would lead to no afterlife, the second of this flaw, you are frightened instead of shaken when this flaw activates.
