Telekineticist

You have access to heightened psychic abilities, vastly beyond your peers. However you lack the ability to augment your spells like other psychic.

Class: Psychic

Level: 1st-20th

Replaces: Phrenic Augmentation, Detect Thoughts, Telepathic Bond, Remade Self

Benefit: A telekineticist gain the following class abilities:

Telekinetic Force: At 1st level, a telekineticist psychic gain the Elemental Focus and Kinetic Blast class feature as an aether kineticist. She uses her Wisdom or Charisma modifier, as determined by her psychic discipline, instead of Constitution for the purpose of her elemental focus, wild talent and kinetic blast class feature. She treats her psychic level as her effective kineticist level for all purposes. Any prestige class that advances her caster level increases her effective kineticist level by the same amount. The telekineticist counts her telekinetic blast and wild talents as spells for the purpose of her class abilities.

Telekinetic Proficiency (Ex): A telekineticist delivers her telekinetic blast as a ranged touch attack rather than a touch attack. This does not alter the damage or nature of the blast otherwise.

Force Ward (Su): A 2nd level telekineticist gain the force ward defensive wild talent. She may accept burn to increase it potency as normal, however if she does so the maximum number of points in her phrenic pool is reduced by the same amount she invested in force ward.

This ability replaces detect thoughts.

Wild Talent: At 3rd level and every 4 levels thereafter, the psychic gains an aether wild talent she qualifies for. The wild talent might be an utility wild talent, or an infusion, at her discretion. From this point on, the telekineticist qualify for Extra Wild Talent.

This ability replaces all other instances of phrenic augmentation.

Telekinetic Mastery (Ex): At 9th level, whenever the telekineticst cast any of the following spell: enemy hammer, explode head, rend body (I-IV) telekinesis, telekinetic storm, she may expend one point from her phrenic pool. If she does she replace the damage normally dealt by the spell by the damage of her telekinetic blast as if it was a composite blast. The way to damage is delivered, as well as any attack roll or saving throw granted is not altered.

This ability replaces telepathic bond.

Remade Self (Sp): This ability functions as Remade Self, except instead of allowing the linking of a phrenic augmentation when casting a spell, the telekineticist reduce the burn cost of all her utility wild talent and infusion by 1, to a minimum of 0. Additionally her force ward is always treated as having had the maximum number of burn invested into it without having to expend actual phrenic burn.

This ability alters remade self.
