- To some degree. It's less hit-or-miss than Sanctuary, but could be useful for Enchanters, who are notorious for sucking. It's also a component for this: Helpless Guile (3.5e Equipment). --Zhenra-Khal (talk) 15:12, 17 May 2017 (MDT)
