Yes, it stacks.  Given enough time you could slowly drain a level 20 CL spell to CL 0.  With average rolls, it'll take about 6 rounds.  Though, a partial effect may be worth it since it might drop someone's Greater Magic Weapon from a +5 to a +much lower. -- [[User:Eiji-kun|Eiji-kun]] ([[User talk:Eiji-kun|talk]]) 13:00, 17 February 2015 (UTC)
