These boots magically resize to fit the wearer for optimal comfort and snugness, keeping feet fresh happy, just like a pair of [[Casual Shoes (3.5e Equipment)|casual shoes]]. The wearer of these boots also gains a +3 bonus to their AC (instead of the normal +2) against attacks from caltrops for wearing boots. Additionally, by attuning to these boots for 8 hours (by wearing them), the wearer gains additional benefits. Only one wearer may be attuned to these boots at a time, and donning a different pair of magical footwear un-attunes the wearer.

When an attuned wearer makes a forced march in these boots, for each hour of marching beyond 8 hours, the wearer needs only to make a Constitution check (DC 10, +1 per extra hour) instead of the normal check.

Finally, once per day as a [[SRD:Swift Actions|swift action]], an attuned wearer can take an additional [[SRD:Move Actions|move action]] to move and then immediately end his turn, losing any unspent actions.
