Said to be the work of a bitter crippled sorcerer named Qwop who wished to cripple the world, this spell proves a potent way of preventing movement.  You curse the target with extreme difficulty controlling their own body.  Those that fail the save must make a special DC 20 [[Dexterity]] check or be unable to move more than 5 ft.  If the check is failed by more than 5 points, the target also falls [[SRD:Prone|prone]] as they trip over themselves.  They must make the [[Dex]] check whenever they move, including standing, though they are free to attack and draw items as normal.
