===BLUES AS CHARACTERS===

Blues tend to be [[SRD:Psion|psions]], although blues raised in communities where their kind are rare may choose the path of the [[SRD:Wilder|wilder]].

Blue characters possess the following racial traits.
* –2 [[SRD:Strength|Strength]], +2 [[SRD:Intelligence|Intelligence]], –2 [[SRD:Charisma|Charisma]].
*Small size: +1 bonus to [[SRD:Armor Class|Armor Class]], +1 bonus on [[SRD:Attack Roll|attack rolls]], +4 bonus on [[SRD:Hide Skill|Hide]] checks, –4 penalty on [[SRD:Grapple|grapple check]]s, lifting and carrying limits 3/4 of those of Medium characters.
*Blue base land speed is 30 feet.
*[[SRD:Darkvision|Darkvision]] out to 60 feet.
*Naturally Psionic: Blues gain 1 bonus [[SRD:Power Points|power point]] at 1st level.
* Racial [[SRD:Skills (Creature Statistic)|Skills:]] A blue character has a +4 racial bonus on [[SRD:Move Silently Skill|Move Silently]] checks and [[SRD:Ride Skill|Ride]] checks.
*Automatic [[SRD:Speak Language Skill|Languages]]: Common, Goblin. Bonus [[SRD:Speak Language Skill|Languages]]: Draconic, Elven, [[SRD:Giant Type|Giant]], Gnoll, Orc.
*Favored [[SRD:Class|Class]]: Psion.
*[[SRD:Level Adjustment (Creature Statistic)|Level Adjustment:]] +1.
