Yikes, you really weren't sure what you wanted to do with this one, so you gave it everything. Even thematically dissonant things. DR has nothing to do with dodging, let alone following in the line of Uncanny Dodge. It mostly reads like you wanted the name recognition of Uncanny Dodge. This should really be trimmed up if you ever want to have people use this. This really only needs to be something like "you never lose your uncanny dodge due to situational circumstances" and then that last sentence before the example. :The idea behind this is that even when you can't outright dodge an attack, you can at least shift your body just enough to keep your vitals unharmed, and thus minimize the damage.
