Said to have been designed after the cloaks of a famous band of extra-planetary winged knights, these capes benefit its user in various ways.  While worn, the user benefits from the [[Hidden Wing (3.5e Feat)|hidden wing]] feat (the cape melding with their wings when deployed), and they are under a constant ''[[SRD:Feather Fall|feather fall]]'' effect when in cape form.  

In addition 2/day they may teleport as a standard action up to 30 ft, but they do not reappear until the beginning of their next round as if they were under ''[[SRD:Time Hop|time hop]]''.

Lastly if the user flourishes their cape made with any Bluff or Intimidate check made to awe or intimidate they get a +2 bonus on the check.
