By removing a hand, and by process, removing one limb's ability of fine manipulation, somatic components, and other natural weapons, (claws/talons) we are able to install a new head.  This head adds different abilities depending on the creature the head was taken from.  If this provides your first natural weapon it become your primary natural weapon, otherwise it is a secondary natural weapon.
