Let's see here...
+0: I think you should word it as "bash with all shields as if you has Improved Shield Bash, including..." But why do these shields, ostensibly nothing more than a wide club, have the crit range of a falchion? Refer to my comments on your Greatbow page on why I see that as a problem fluffwise. It's not that overpowered here, it's just dissonant. Now since light and heavy shields are already defined as far as handedness you just need to define it for buckler and tower shield. I recommend "Light" and "One-Handed".
+1: This is fine, though if you take my suggestion above "not losing your AC bonus" is part of Improved Shield Bash.
+6: What is with that DC? Nope nope nope nope. You want to use the standard at least, 10 + 1/2 HD (or 1/2 BAB perhaps for this) + Str modifier. Technically I don't think anything stops you from spiking a buckler or tower shield either, it's just previously you couldn't attack with it. Since you can attack with it, the ability to spike it was with you since the +0 benefit.
+11: That DC again! As +6, so here.
+16: I do not understand what is supposed to go on here, but I think it is saying that the spellcaster needs to make a bloody impossible Fort save or take a ton of ability damage to their primary casting stat, something that makes no sense thematically from a feat about using your shield as a club and is currently broken to all get out.
