You alter the rules to deny transport of the target through unusual mediums. You duplicate the effects of dimensional anchor.
Reverse: Rather than prevent teleportation, you can instead prevent them running through normal space quickly. Make a ranged touch attack; if you hit the creature is unable to take a double move or running action for the duration.
Failure: On a failed truespeak check, the duration drops to 1 round.
Primal Utterance[edit]
Normal: You duplicate the effects of dimensional lock instead.
Reversed: The duration becomes permanent. This is a curse, and can be removed by effects that remove curses.
