Are you certain this goes in Mundane Armor? It doesn't provide an armor bonus and I don't know if it's worn like body armor or not. Rather, it seems to be a wondrous item or similar which grants an effect (that is, the shield effect... you should probably link that to the Shield property, if it's Sulacu's Shield Properties that I'm pretty sure this is working off).
