This just seems imbalanced, even in a wizard level campaign. "I don't like the universe. Let's create another!" kind of thing. Also, the created universe. What connections does it have to the other planes, specifically the astral. --Havvy 05:09, October 11, 2010 (UTC)

You're getting universes and planes mixed up. The other universe probably will have an astral plane in it, if that's what you're wondering.

I suppose it is a bit of a campaign-grabbing device, though. Maybe it would be better as an artifact. --Foxwarrior 05:29, October 11, 2010 (UTC)
