| I had this entire thing written up and I lost it, so here is the cliffnotes version:
Feat good. All powers nice, but +1 worries me a lot. Stacking is bad. Admittedly, fairly hard to stack shield bonuses (shield is personal, ASF still applies, meaning you cast, arm shield, and walk into a fight and thus some pre-planning). The fact I am having a hard time finding easy shield bonuses is the only thing keeping me from rejecting it. Also, it may be bad if you are somehow Shiva and just packing all of the shields. So there is that. I give it a pass, looks functional. |
