What happened was that ivoriginally believed that it could also effect one's team-mates. After the change, I added this comment because I thought it no longer did that. After talking with the author, I confirmed that yes, it did have a chance of affecting team-mates, and he changed the text to represent that, at which I agreed that it was rogue level.
