	LAD are good for a lot of games, not just for optimizers but for those who enjoy playing strange races and would like to not be completely boned for it. This helps further; a feat tax to help get back some of the things you miss out on is more than a fair trade.

	This helps those players who want to play interesting races, while not being overpowered. Like how it only advances per-existing features. Well done.
