	This rating refers to a substantially different version of the article, or concerns mentioned in it have already been addressed.Fatigue becomes exhausted very quickly. In addition, the slow spell is very, very, very potent. This should probably be VH instead of High.

Understood. Will change the rating to very high and I will make getting a fatigued state harder by making it happen after 3 failed saves. Thank you for the help in balancing. 24:31, 29 June 2019 (PST)
